Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) – HubRX Leeds (LS15)
Job Description
Our Purpose:
We are leading community pharmacy transformation to provide NHS and private clinical services, underpinned by our tech-enabled hub and spoke dispensing system. The facility combines advanced hardware with bespoke software in an automated pick to pack system which ensures industry-leading accuracy of patient prescription assembly, while allowing the community pharmacy teams to spend more time caring for their patients.
Role
Working in our fully automated dispensary in Leeds, you will be responsible for all quality control and assurance checks to ensure products are assembled to a high standard, assisting the pharmacy and warehouse team in managing the day to day operation of the Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and check items, under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
- Select and perform accuracy checks to ensure that the process has been accurately performed
- Comply with all relevant company SOP’s, information governance, policies and procedures.
- From time to time carry out activities to support the automation process.
- Support in the development and training of other staff members.
- Conduct investigations into any errors or incidents
- Action and reduce near misses
- Receive, store, maintain and issue stock in accordance with Company SOP’s

Qualifications/Experience:
- Level 3 Registered Pharmacy Technician (Essential)
- ACT Qualified (Desirable)
- GPhC Registration
- Experience of working in an automated/assembly environment (Desirable)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical, retail and wholesale and warehousing (Desirable)
