Our pharmacists use the very latest technology to safely dispense your medicines and are available to provide you with advice and other healthcare services. Please provide your mobile number and email so we can inform you when your prescription is ready. Depending on your postcode, you may want to choose our paid home delivery service. Register for this, after you have nominated your NHS pharmacy here on this form.

Once you have registered, you can continue to request your repeat medicines from your GP. Alternatively, you can join the 30 million people who use the NHS App and request your next repeat prescription that way.
