Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a UTI health problem that you suspect is unlikely to go away on its own, make a convenient appointment to discuss it with our trained pharmacists. Book an appointment at any of our pharmacy branches for help with a range of aches and pains, including coughs, colds, and the flu. Our pharmacists can offer advice and treatment, and may be able to prescribe medicine without you needing to see a doctor.
Our pharmacist will discuss with you to check if your symptoms are a match for the conditions for which they can provide treatment. They may determine that the supply of some medication is appropriate (additional cost). This clinically approved supply can be carried out under what is known as a Patient Group Direction. Alternatively the pharmacist may decide that supply is not appropriate or that a referral needs to be made to another healthcare professional.
