Katherine Dodsworth

I studied to be a pharmacist at the University of Sunderland and qualified in August 2015. Prior to that I had worked in community pharmacy in other roles since 2007. I am aspiring to become an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist which requires additional study and qualifications but provides the ability to broaden the consultations and treatments I can provide to patients. The best thing about being a community pharmacist is the opportunity to build a rapport with customers, becoming an integral part of the community. Away from work I enjoy writing poetry, reading fantasy novels, competitive gaming with team mates.
